The article details current incentive/rebate offers from the various major automakers. While the domestic big 3 are averaging over $3000/car in rebates, Honda is below $500. Toyota recently took a big leap to over $1000/car, but the Japanese still lead the way with the Euro manufacturers occupying the middle ground.
